The American dilemma in dealing with the world, and especially the Muslim world, is neatly captured in two recent wars....utterly loathed by ALL Europeans....but European ZOG Governments are utterly feeble to resist US/Israeli tyranny and DICTATES.... The American PEOPLE, by and large, espouse values and beliefs that they rightly expect should earn them the goodwill and affection of other peoples. However, many of the policies and actions of their Governments, ostensibly in furtherance of those same ZOG aims, and the Siamese Twins CIA/MOSSAD axis of Evils... result in creating resentment and dislike abroad, shading into hate and rage at the margins, which sometimes lead to attacks on the US and its people. Or, they lead to wars in which US soldiers fight in other lands, kill and are killed, maim and are maimed....all in the name of ZOG war criminals...

There will be a lot at stake at the end of November when world leaders gather for a pivotal NATO meeting in Lisbon. The meeting is meant to hash out a new Strategic Concept, an all-encompassing document issued every decade that guides the alliance's actions and priorities. The last Concept was drafted before 9/11, before the subsequent invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan and before Russia's resurgence as a regional power (and a worldwide power player).
NATO was smaller back then, as well, and has since adopted countries in the former Soviet Union that border Russia. It's a different world—and there is serious doubt that NATO will have the money and political fortitude to remain relevant.
