TEHRAN - A senior Iranian legislative official revealed on Wednesday that the US, Israeli and British spy agencies have set up a number of bases in the neighboring states of Iran to conduct espionage and sabotage operations against the Islamic Republic.

"Based on investigations, Mossad, CIA and MI6 spy agencies have set up spy bases on the borderlines of 12 neighboring countries (with Iran)," member of the parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Zohreh Elahian told FNA.

"The bases are tasked with directing terrorist groups and even conducting sabotage and espionage operations against the Islamic Republic and its citizens," she added.

Elahian named Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan as the five countries in which the US, Israeli and British spy agencies have established bases.

In December, an independent French weekly, Le Canard enchaine, revealed that the US, Israeli and British spy agencies have been directly involved in the recent terrorist attacks against Iranian scientists.

Mossad conducted the assassinations "with the help of the CIA and MI6," Le Canard enchaine said.

Intelligence sources told the influential French weekly that the assassinations were part of Israeli plots aimed at sabotaging Iran's nuclear program.

Iran announced in December that security forces have arrested a number of perpetrators of the recent terrorist attacks on the country's scientists and university professors.

Iranian Interior Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar said at the time that the confessions made by the arrested terrorists indicated Israel's direct role in the attacks.

"The world Zionism and their arrogant agents, like Mossad, CIA, CSIS, as well as ALL European countries are angry at Iran's progress, and they, thus, resort to terrorist measures against Iranian scientists," Najjar stated.

Two Iranian university professors Fereidoon Abbasi Davani and Majid Shahriari were assassinated in separate terrorist bomb attacks here in Tehran on November 29 with the latter killed immediately after the blast.

Another Iranian university professor and nuclear scientist, Massoud Ali Mohammadi, was also assassinated in a terrorist bomb attack in Tehran in January 2010.

Iranian officials took the Zionist regime of Israel and US hirelings inside Iran responsible for the terrorist operation.

Three days after the attack, Iranian Intelligence Minister Heidar Moslehi announced that his forces have arrested a number of perpetrators.

"With the arrest of these people, we have found new clues to arrest the other elements," Moslehi added.

"The three spy agencies of Mossad, CIA and MI6 have played a role in these attacks," he said.

WMR has learned from informed sources that the FBI investigation of the espionage case surrounding the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) is continuing even though espionage charges were recently dropped against two former AIPAC officials, Steve Rosen and Keith Weismann.

WMR has learned that Representative Jane Harman (D-CA) was interviewed by Department of Justice prosecutors after the dropping of the charges against Rosen and Weissman. Harman's phone conversations had, according to a CQ Politics report last month, been wiretapped by the National Security Agency (NSA) as part of an authorized foreign counterintelligence investigation. Harman was intercepted telling an Israeli "agent" that she would "waddle into" the Department of Justice investigation of Rosen and Weissman. In 2006, Time reported that Harman would pressure Justice to drop its investigation of Rosen and Weissman, accused of violating the Espionage Act by passing highly-classified U.S. documents to an Israeli intelligence agent based out of the Israeli embassy in Washington.

AIPAC was to then agree to pressure House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to appoint Harman as the chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) as a quid pro quo for Harman's help in scuttling the investigation of AIPAC. CIA director Porter Goss was pressured by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales to drop the CIA's investigation of Harman because Gonzales needed Harman's support for the Bush administration's illegal warrantless wiretap program known as the Terrorist Surveillance Program or "The Program." The program's classified code word, known to only a handful of administration officials, was "Stellar Wind."

WMR has also learned that based on multi-agency reports of Israeli espionage activity in the United States prior to and after 9/11, CIA director George Tenet, who was succeeded by Goss in 2004 after serving as the second longest-serving director of the agency since its inception, ordered his senior staff to pull out all the files concerning the history of Israeli espionage activities in the United States. What Tenet discovered was shocking.

Although the CIA files were rife with information on the damage done to U.S. national security by Israel's U.S. Navy spy, Jonathan Pollard, there were files on another little-known espionage case. Before the Pollard case broke, Israel claimed they arrested a Soviet spy, who also happened to be the deputy director of Israel's top secret Ness-Ziona biological and chemical warfare facility, some 16 miles from Tel Aviv. Klingberg was also a Professor of Epidemiology at Tel Aviv University.

Israel only admitted in 1993 that it had arrested Avraham Marcus Klingberg, a former Soviet Red Army Colonel, on charges of spying for the USSR. Israel's cover story was that Klingberg suffered from mental illness and simply disappeared from a scientific conference in Switzerland in 1983. In fact, Israel had arrested Klingberg and tried and sentenced him in a secret tribunal in 1983.

In 1988, a Hebrew-language newspaper in New York reported that Klingberg had been arrested for spying for the USSR in 1983 but was part of negotiations that would see him sent to the Soviet Union in a three-country swap that would also see Pollard sent to Israel from the United States and the Soviet releasing a few U.S. agents. However, the deal fell through. Any newspaper stories about Kleinberg being arrested by Israel were blocked by Israeli military censors up until 1993.

Klingberg was released to house arrest in 1998 due to his reported "failing health." Klingberg signed an agreement stating that he would never speak about his work. Klingberg also agreed to have his telephones tapped by the Israeli Defense Ministry while under house arrest. On January 22, 1999, The Jerusalem Post reported that Israel's General Security Service, Shin Bet, wanted an Israeli judge to bar the Polish-born Klingberg from speaking Yiddish while under house arrest. The reasoning was that Shin Bet could not find any guards/housekeepers for Klingberg who could understand Yiddish. A Beersheba district judge concurred with Shin Bet and ordered him not to speak Yiddish.

In 2003, Klingberg was allowed to leave house arrest and he moved to Paris where he lives with his daughter and grandson. In 2007, Klingberg co-authored his memoirs in Hebrew, Hameragel Ha'akharon ("The Last Spy").

Although the Israelis reported that Klingberg confessed to spying for the Soviets in 1983, they withheld from the United States something much more important. Klingberg had, according to the report presented to Tenet, been a double-agent for the Soviets and Israelis. The CIA report stated that Klingberg, while in the United States, received 20,000 pages of documents on the U.S. biological warfare and defense program from two scientists working at the U.S. Army's biological warfare laboratory at Fort Detrick, Maryland.

The classified information passed from Fort Detrick to Israel advanced the Israelis' work on a number of biological agents, including aerosolized weaponized anthrax. WMR previously reported that the Israeli Urban Moving Systems employees who were seen celebrating the destruction of the World Trade Center on 9/11 were also discovered by U.S. law enforcement of stockpiling anthrax samples at the moving company's Weehawken, New Jersey warehouse. The anthrax letters mailed to the U.S. Senate were later found to have been sent from New Jersey.

In Patrick Tyler's book, A World of Trouble, a scene in 2004 is described where Tenet, having ingested a good amount of Scotch while staying at Prince Bandar's palace in Saudi Arabia, decries the influence of the neoconservatives in the Bush administration. Tyler writes: "According to one witness, he [Tenet] mocked the neoconservatives in the Bush administration and their alignment with the right wing of Israel's political establishment, referring to them with exasperation as, "the Jews."

What Tenet had read about Israeli espionage against the United States since Israel's independence in 1948 could have driven any CIA director to drink. Not only did Tenet read about the Klingberg deception but also Israeli intelligence's penetration of America's nuclear weapons research and strategic network; access to NSA sources and methods for conducting electronic surveillance; involvement with the U.S. telecommunications and computer software industry, upon which U.S. national security and law enforcement is reliant; and human intelligence (HUMINT) blackmailing of top U.S. politicians....

The forces (of agency, double-agency, smoke-and-mirrors) are obscure to me running through the following, however the title alone is a point of information to dwell in teaching everyone everywhere. On balance in whatever fraction of info I've seen, Scott Ritter weighs out as valid and good speaking -- wears a white hat, as I see it -- and especially considering an allowance for severely curtailed constraints where he operates, still getting some word out.

One criticism is, in this piece, he takes too long (detailing a current-affairs example which makes the article real and relevant) to get to historic emergence and derivation of "Team B" from the title. Maybe the extra development is worthwhile orientation for whoever just tuned in. Anyway, in Ritter's circa-1975 (into the '80s) depiction of worldly events, (read: 'Intel.community' subversions of humankind), he gives a sketchy stick-figure illustration, way too pale pastel, unconvincing and dispassionate of the '70s events bringing capital-H Historic capital-R Reformation of socio-political climate change. (For examples: the advent of cash-cow cable TV subscriptions, and then funding the televangelized GOP upstart; the 'no bodybags, no news' Angolan War-by-proxy, at the genesis of HIV and AIDS; and certainly, the 'women's movement'/EPA strife, the petroleum imperium (cartel price-setting) which inflated interest rates, in '74 causing ROI rot and currently continuing into financial ruin; or the '70s focusing direction into Shuttle / launch routine / communications and observing satellites, establishing the planet's veritable 'neural network' of 'Team B' withal.) Perhaps later can come graduate-studies refinements in understanding Team B's desecration(s) of everything before it. And for now it is enough to celebrate having Ritter's Team B-titled article to introduce terms for circulation webwide.

I disagree at his point of resolution to 'extract' Team B operatives and moles from the (Intel.) community, so as to return it to the way it was and pristine sensibility. Ha! As if. The forwarding of knowledge, like the dimension of time, does not run backward, and information once distributed does not get forgotten. After a few facts become known, then dots connect and timelines fill in making more facts known, and so, in the words of H.R.Haldemann (c. 1973), borrowed forward from his marketing prowess (in consumer-product packaging design purposes) days: "you can't put the toothpaste back in the tube." Once it's out, it's used up ... regardless whether it brushes any teeth.

Once Team B infiltrated the CIA, the entire Agency is used up. There is no 'spot removal.' The bad apples hiding rot in their core seeds cannot be seen by any inspection -- the whole barrel must be overturned.

Obama ought to reacquaint himself with the 1972 ABM treaty and the case of the CIA versus “Team B.” This chapter of America’s failed arms control policy unfolded from 1975-1976 ... It was critical in this effort to have an accurate understanding of not only the physical reality of Soviet strategic weapons programs, but also their intent. The CIA produced a report that addressed these issues, National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) 11-3/8-74, “Soviet Forces for Intercontinental Conflict Through 1985.”

The benign picture painted by the CIA’s estimate of Soviet strategic capability clashed with ideologues in and out of government who were pushing for U.S. defense programs that could not be justified if the CIA’s estimates were allowed to stand. Rather than confront the facts of the CIA’s estimates, these ideologues instead assaulted the methodology used to determine them. Political pressure was brought to bear on President Ford by conservative opponents of détente to prepare a “Team B” of analysts (outside ideologues) who would challenge the conclusions put forward in the CIA estimate by “Team A” (the CIA’s own staff). “Team B” didn’t produce better facts (indeed, every one of its assertions was proved to be wrong), but it did produce better fear. Its claims about Soviet intentions and capabilities, highly inflated and inaccurate, were political dynamite that could not be ignored, especially in the politically charged presidential election year of 1976. “Team B” won out over “Team A,” and the foundation was set for not only the dismantling of U.S.-Soviet détente, but also for the biggest arms race in modern history, culminating in the destruction of the very agreements designed to constrain such an escalation.

Obama should acquaint himself with the story of “Team B,” because “Team B” exists today, propagating myths about an Iranian “threat” that are analogous to those employed by the team that sold the fable of the Soviet “threat.”

President Bush ignored warnings that suicide plane hijackers planned to fly an explosive-laden plane into the White House. Bush was warned that security barricades placed around the White House might stop a suicide vehicle attack but not a hijacked terrorist plane.

Bush ignored the warnings that emanated from a mini-terrorist summit held in Beirut and reported in the U.S. media. The news report was that the easiest way for terrorists to hit a government building "that is fortified from the ground is to strike from the air."

The intelligence from the Middle East claimed that a number of terrorists were being trained to use light aircraft, including Swiss-made Pilatus 7 aircraft. The Secret Service warned President Bush repeatedly that the White House was vulnerable to airborne suicide attacks. According to the news report, President Bush said, "I am satisfied, without going into any detail, that the security of the White House is adequate . . . Put it this way, I feel secure when I come to work everyday."

Bush added, "You're talking with a man who is old enough to remember the kamikaze pilots of World War II, indeed, whose ship was attacked by such pilots. So I remember it personally and vividly, and I know what damage someone intent on sacrificing one's own life can do driving a plane."

That quote was, of course, not made by President George W. Bush but by his father President George H. W. Bush. The article on suicide planes attacking targets in the United States was reported on June 29, 1989, by Jack Anderson and Dale Van Atta after they returned from a trip to Beirut.

In a May 2002 press conference, then-National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, referring to the 9/11 attacks, said, "I don't think anybody could have predicted that . . . they would try to use an airplane as a missile."

It turns out Jack Anderson reported such a scenario to another unfazed President Bush over a decade before 9/11.

... I don’t ask this question gratuitously or with any malicious intent. I even expect a few Jews may appreciate that I asked it. Indeed the ones I’ve asked before had no idea of the facts surrounding the question telling that me indeed it was a good question.

Here goes. First a little background. At the end of World War II, the United States entered into a the dark areas of foreign intelligence we’d always steered clear of before then. America was built as a haven for immigrants trying to escape the trappings of the royal games of Europe played since the dawn of time, actually from around the time Abraham and originates from.

Before WW II, we had the OSS, the Office of the Secret Service as our sole foreign intelligence agency. Before the war, the OSS didn’t do much. We were strong and independent with no dreams of expanding our empire beyond our own borders. We just wanted to be free and be left alone. After the war, we inherited responsibilities in Europe and around the world that expanded our vision beyond where we had the background to understand or talent to control.

Meanwhile we held in our hands the fate of thousands of Nazi intelligence officers who served under Hitler. They had been allowed to expand their intelligence network with little oversight or moral perimeters because Hitler was using them to aid him in taking over the world. Some wanted to put them on trial while other wanted to put them to work for us. In the end, we built a new agency around them that became our primary source of information in Europe, the CIA.

Conspiracy theory? No way. It’s a matter of public record, in fact a very popular one referred to as “Project Paperclip.” In fact a recently published cable TV History Channel documentary explores how ex-Nazi intelligence officers making a very good living working for us fabricated the cold war out of the Soviet Union’s rusting military to insure an ongoing need for them to secure us against a common threat. And of course our leaders had fallen in love with the threat of Russian tyranny to defend us against because of the massive military infrastructure they got to build using trillion dollar budgets to do it with.

The question is why haven’t Jews ever said anything about this?

The CIA is run by Nazi’s. Since we were stupid enough to let our most sensitive agency be run by the enemies of mankind, it shouldn’t be a surprise that the CIA causes us so much trouble all over the world. And after having made this mistake, its even understandable that we would keep it secret to avoid the disgrace we would face if the whole world knew that we are a free people actually being manipulated by an evil agency in our own government that we can’t reign in without everyone finding out how we allowed this to happen.

But why haven’t Jews raised concerns about this inescapable fact so all the world knows what is really going on behind the scenes of our intelligence industry? I mean that as a serious question that demands a serious answer. I don’t mean to imply there’s a reason behind why they haven’t taken action on this issue which points to a secret collaboration between Jews and Nazis. I just want to know the answer to fill in the gaps of the story the History Channel documentary left out. It boggles my mind whenever I think about it. It just seems impossible for this to have ever happened. Even of we had been stupid enough to consider letting Nazis run our clandestine foreign affairs, I would have thought the voice of the Jewish people would have nipped it in the bud before it ever got off the ground.

But even now, whenever I cross the Potomac River on the 395 Northbound bridge into Washington DC passing the Holocaust Museum as I enter the Mall between the Washington Monument and US Capitol near the White House, which is a just a few miles from the headquarters of the CIA, it confuses me for a few days because the Jewish community is still silent on this issue. Maybe they haven’t really picked up on the link. I have even brought it up to a few conspiracy theorists who themselves were startled that they hadn’t ever asked themselves the same question.

It’s just that, well,,, I think it might be important. I think maybe we need to look at it seriously. I’m not an expert in this kind of thing. It just seems that if the CIA was built to house Nazis, that might be why they cause so much trouble around the world. I mean just think about what the world might be like now if the CIA had not been built with Nazis as it central controlling authority. Then it might be the kind of world we would recognize as being more American than it is now representing the kind of values we as citizens think our country stands for. But our intelligence industry seems to have its own agenda that doesn’t seem to work well for us where the world looks at us as citizens with praise but hates our foreign policy.

I guess what I mean is rather than asking a potentially uncomfortable question about why Jews have been silent on this topic so far is to ask them to raise the Nazi running the CIA issue now since they have every right to. Then we can put pressure on our leaders to clear our intelligence industry of the kind of nefarious motives and bad habits towards other countries that have been causing us so many problems over the last 60 years. We built this nation to give free-minded people a place to come to get away from the same kind of evil we employ to run our most sensitive foreign affairs agency. So it’s no wonder the world has such a love/hate relationship with us.

My view is that everything would change if we challenged the approach our intelligence agencies use to manage our clandestine affairs as they learned it from Hitler’s henchmen. I ask myself what we would have taught the world if we hadn’t gone down the dark road we’re dead-ended on now. The answer is we obviously wouldn’t be where we are now, we would be living a totally different world. And the way we arrived where we are now still hasn’t been properly addressed so how are we going to go back the other way. It just seems that for us to escape from the prison camp we’re allowing to be built around us now, we need to acknowledge how we got here. The only people that have a right to table this issue and demand change is Jews. That’s why I ask the question, which is why haven’t they done it already?

I mean I’m asking the question of how we found ourselves letting Nazis run our intelligence industry but no one is going to listen to me. When Jews make a lot of noise, the world listens. This just seems like one of those issues that Jews would raise like they have over lesser seeming threats concerning ex-Nazis in the past. And their being vocal on those matters has always lead to debate and change. So I’m asking why is there silence on this particular aspect of the remnants of Hitler’s Germany when it might be the very reason why we have so much trouble getting along with the rest of the world.

Personally I think it’s impossibly insane that Jews have not alerted the world about this story. Sometimes I wonder if I’m in a prolonged nightmare because it’s the only way I can explain how this could have happened. Whatever the answer is, I wish Jews would bring attention to it now. A lot of us who don’t like the way the CIA set us up as the rest of the worlds enemy would likely get behind a push to force more transparency on what’s really driving all the problems that threaten our future.

It’s not complicated. Thousands of the most notorious Nazis in the world were employed to run the CIA. The CIA has followed policies that are counterproductive to our goals and alien to our way of life. This issue has never been properly vetted. It needs to be. Jews can make it happen. So why aren’t they? Because the Siamese twins CIA and MOSSAD have become ONE, precisely in the early nineties....as never before, since I witnessed quite a few acute differences between CIA and MOSSAD in the 70s and 80s...but all of a sudden and just in time for the Project for a new American Century...the BOND took form and CIA MOSSAD became intertwines, meshed, inextricably as ONE spy agency for the common good of the neo-PNAC hegemons, hell bent on fracturing the whole world into thousands of tribes with flags for their own selfish and greedy benefit.
