A former senior U.S. State Department official told WMR that the current Emir of Qatar, Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, ousted his father, Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad al-Thani, in a coup hatched by the CIA and Mossad.... Hamad launched the Neocon/Ziocon coup D'état on June 27, 1995. While most other Gulf states continued to recognize Khalifa as the rightful head of state of Qatar, Washington moved quickly to recognize Hamad as leader and Israel quietly instructed its global influence network to support Hamad.... Khalifa returned to Qatar from a prolonged exile in France in 2004. Khalifa was also considered more opposed to Israeli policies than his sack of sh*t son....
Hamad permitted Israel to open a diplomatic/MOSSAD office in Doha under commercial cover. The office was later closed after a temporary "breakdown" for show.... in Israeli-Qatari relations. However, in recent years, relations between Qatar and Israel have improved.
Hamad also built the sprawling Al-Udeid airbase outside Doha for the U.S. military. Al-Udeid is the home to the forward headquarters of United States Central Command (CENTCOM), the U.S. Air Force Central Command, the Royal Air Force No. 83 Expeditionary Air Group RAF and the U.S. Air Force 379th Air Expeditionary Wing. Qatar also deployed jets to assist NATO forces in their attack on Libya...
Although Hamad is viewed as more progressive than his father, WMR was told by the State Department official that this is a ruse to mask Hamad's subservience to Washington and Jerusalem... Although Hamad funded and initiated the Doha-based Al Jazeera global news network and, at the outset, gave the network wide editorial independence, he later had members of the Thani royal family take more direct control of the network, which now advocates a ZIOCONNED interventionist "responsibility to protect" policy in countries like Libya, Syria, and even Russia, but not Bahrain or Saudi Arabia.... Al Jazeera no longer features the sort of critics of U.S. foreign policy seen on the network in the past. Guests now include those representing the Israeli-influenced Saban Center of the Brookings Institution and various George Soros-financed CIA front groups.

In February 2011, a group of sixteen al-Thani royal family members, including Abdul Aziz bin Khalifa in Hamad Al-Thani, Hamad's brother who live in exile in France, attempted to oust Hamad in a coup. The plotters were assisted by some 30 Qatari military officers who were arrested, along with royal family members, in the plot. The coup plotters condemned Hamad for his close ties to Israel, allowing Qatar to become a virtual U.S. military base, and working against the interests of Arab states. They also accused Hamad of rampant corruption, including forcing businessmen to pay bribes to Hamad's family, and draconian domestic policies. Our source maintains that the CIA and Mossad assisted Hamad in quelling the coup attempt....
An Egyptian group known as the “People’s Committee to Defend Egypt" recently stated that it possesses documents that prove that Qatar, including its embassy in Cairo, has developed a close working alliance with the CIA and Mossad....LOL
